Kev oversees the services provided by the film office, which means he always has his fingers in a lot of very important pies! Among his many responsibilities, he promotes the Liverpool City Region as a destination for filmmaking to film and TV clients worldwide, resulting in in the LCR becoming one of the UK’s, if not the world’s, most film-friendly regions during his tenure!

He is drawn to anything on the cheesy side when it comes to films, and has a particular attachment to all-things sci-fi, with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, being a specific favourite. Seeking escapism through film, Kevin prefers to experience them in the cinema for better immersion, where he can root for the good guys! Liverpool (the blue side of it anyway) is one of his favourite places in the country, based on the personalities of its people, their openness, kindness, and collective spirit.
