Liverpool film-makers plot new film starring Sex and the City’s Cynthia Nixon
Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon is set to play flame-haired poet Emily Dickinson in a new movie from Liverpool production company Hurricane Films.

Facing unemployment and the pending closure of the centre, Linda thinks only of Connor, a defiant 14-year-old who has no one, apart from her. Linda risks her relationship, her home and her reputation to help him. The film used the local community, real events and real people to tell its story.
