Of Time and the City in Top Ten British Films
A Production by Hurricane films has been included in the Telegraph’s Top Ten British Films
The list was compiled by David Gritten and includes films such as Lawrence of Arabia and A Matter of Life and Death.
On Of Time and the City (2008) he said:
“Terence Davies, among our most accomplished film-makers, narrates this deeply personal documentary about growing up in post-war Liverpool. Using archive footage to underline his points, Davies is in turns angry, funny and tender. It packs a genuinely emotional punch.”
